Tender description

This PIN is issued by the Education Funding Agency (‘EFA’) on behalf of the DfE to engage with the market about the procurement of a Framework for the delivery of capital education building projects. This follows up a PIN issued in May 2016. A further market engagement day is being held for the new framework on 23/11/16 at Millbank Tower, London. This will be to give the market a proposed design of the Framework ahead of the issue of the Contract Notice in March 2017. Each band will be split into regional lots. Please note that this is only a proposal and the final structure of the Framework will not be finalised until after the market engagement day.
