Tender description

The aspiration for a purpose-built SCC at Penrith has existed for a number of years, and in parallel, the Constabulary has been reviewing its estate. The proposal is to award a Design and Build Contract for the construction of a Strategic Command Centre (SCC) incorporating other operational police accommodation and 15 bed hostel block. It is envisaged the SCC will have a usable floor area of approximately 1 000 m2 and the police operational usable floor area of 600 m2.
