Look Ahead Care and Support (LACS) has identified that core elements of its current communications infrastructure should transition to a converged infrastructure model. Specifically, the MPLS Wide Area Network, the Co-Located Data Centre, the central telephony platform and the branch office telephony systems would, with development of the service, form the core of this new infrastructure.
