Tender description

2 Academies within ECMAT (Education Central Multi Academy Trust) are seeking to establish contract(s) for the supply of a managed catering provision, which also includes hospitality. It is expected that the successful contractor(s) will be able to offer an innovative, diverse, professional and nutritionally balanced service offering which meets the needs of the students/pupils and staff within the establishment. Two (2) Academies within ECMAT (Education Central Multi Academy Trust) are seeking to establish contract(s) for the supply of a managed catering provision, which also includes hospitality. It is expected that the successful contractor(s) will be able to offer an innovative, diverse, professional and nutritionally balanced service offering which meets the needs of the students/pupils and staff within the establishment. A maximum of 2 contractors may be awarded to this Contract, the Academies may enter into a Contract with the same Contractor or different Contractors. Contractually the Contract(s) will be held by ECMAT, however they will be operationally managed by the Academy direct. If awarded to the same contractor the Contracts shall be independent of each other and not be affected if either party terminates the Contract or does not take up the extension option. The Contract is currently with the Local Authority and if it is awarded to another party there will be TuPE implications for the incoming Contractor(s).
