Stevenage Borough Council (the Council) is seeking a suitably qualified, competent and experienced pest control Contractor to provide a prompt, effective and efficient service which meets the needs of the authority and reduces pest infestations. The Council has determined - under regulation 46 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - that it would not be viable for the Council to sub divide the contract into smaller lots due to the close geographic spread of the borough and the need to set unified rates for service to residents and therefore requires a single contractor to deliver this service. .
