Tender description

The Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) through its Project Management Office (PMO) has developed and operated a Project Management Methodology (CBI PM Process). PM Process is the standard approach for the management of all CBI projects, is ISO 21500 accredited, and is aligned with the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge. The PMO, in conjunction with Learning & Development Department, has also developed and executed a comprehensive Project Management Training & Development programme with the dual objectives of supporting the adoption & application of PM Process and simultaneously improving project management skills and competencies within the organisation. The CBI is seeking proposals from prospective Training & Professional Development providers which demonstrate an ability to play a key partnership role with the PMO and Learning & Development in delivery and further development of the Project Management Training and Development Programme, through appropriately constructed and executed training courses and other learning methods.
