Tender description

These services relate to the analysis of responses from the public and stakeholders to HS2's public consultation. HS2 Ltd is the company responsible for developing and promoting the High Speed Two (HS2) network and is wholly owned by the Department for Transport. The HS2 network will provide high capacity, high speed rail links between London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester (including Manchester Airport), with intermediate stations in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. As part of the process to gain Royal Assent for the project, there is a requirement to consult with the public and stakeholders. This is a Services contract, the scope of which generally includes: — Supporting the design of the consultation questions and design data capture formats; — Setting up robust and reliable ways of receiving responses to the consultation; — Efficient and secure management of responses captured through the defined communication channels and methods; — Facilitation of analysis and HS2 Ltd's understanding of key issues coming out of responses during the consultation and in the reporting immediately after it; — Provision of a secure access website to view collated results; and — Producing reports to inform decisions by both HS2 Ltd and the Secretary of State on the appropriate way forward, as well as to inform stakeholders on the outcome of the Consultation.
