Tender description

A single party three year framework agreement for the supply of lift and escalator maintenance and repair services at various locations throughout the railway network. Quantities of Lift & Escalator assets are as follows: East Region — 48 Lifts — 3 Escalators — 2 Wheel chair lifts South Region — 56 Lifts — 10 Escalators — 5 Wheel chair lifts West Region — 26 Lifts — 2 Escalators — 1 Wheel chair lift The contractor will be required to undertake both planned and unplanned maintenance activities as well as providing a 24/7 call centre, training for IE staff and upgrade & repair works as required during the course of the contract.
