IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE AND SUPPLY OF IT EQUIPMENT TO THE SPECIALIST SUPPORT & DISABILITY SERVICE (SS&DS)

Tender description

To provide bespoke IT support for the Specialist Support & Disability Service (SS&DS) based at the Phoenix Centre in Bromley. To maintain an efficient and reliable IT service to allow the service to work at maximum capacity and efficiency. To provide IT technical support to Communications, Assessment Technology and Training Service (CATTS) team within SS&DS based at the Hawes Down Centre in West Wickham to enable it to provide a resource for children with complex communication difficulties and/or difficulties recording their work or using a computer due to physical or sensory impairments. To supply IT equipment and licences to the Specialist Support & Disability Service, as required. Please refer to the Contract Specification for further details.
