Tender description
The GMIT has a number of lifts and a hoist at its two Galway City sites. We wish to put in place a service contract for routine maintenance and repair works together with a call out repair service. The duration of the contract will be of 1 year, with the option to extend annually up to a total of 3 years. The scope of the works is as follows: • Routine planned preventative maintenance of the lifts • Reactive maintenance of the lifts • Statutory Inspections
