First Wessex - North Town Void Strip Outs and General Maintenance Works

First Wessex has a large estate regeneration scheme underway in Aldershot (North Town), Hampshire. A large number of the original properties on the estate have been demolished, making way for the construction of new homes; however, there are some existing properties still to be demolished - there are 10 blocks of 2 & 3 bedroom flats. Approximately 40 of these properties are unoccupied and need to be prepared internally for demolition. From spring 2017 to autumn 2017, following the completion of the above development of new homes elsewhere on the estate, approximately 70 households will be relocated from their current properties to their new homes on the development. First Wessex requires a general maintenance service that can provide basic to advanced carpentry, basic plumbing and disconnect/reconnect gas and electric cookers in connection to relocating our residents.
