Tender description

The OD & Culture Programme Board are seeking to procure an introductory development programme based on service improvement tools, models, techniques and approaches. The aim of the programme is to provide participants with the basic skills and knowledge needed to design and implement incremental improvements. Participants should be encouraged to reflect on a collaborative service improvement during the sessions so they can apply the tools and techniques back into a real context. This is a one step process all bidders must ensure their completed documentation is submitted by 12 noon, 28th November 2016
