Tender description
The works comprise the construction of a new replacement primary school on a cleared brownfield site. The works comprise a single storey building of a total area of 4 000 square metres and will include associated facilities, a Games Hall, a multi use games area pitch and external works. The school is to be specified to meet high standards of sustainability. The Procurement will on a quality/price basis using a standard SBC Form of Contract, there will be minor specialist contractor designed portions within the tender document. The on-site construction period is intended to be 14 months.
