Tender description

This framework is for the supply and delivery of bitumen and associated roads repair products ranging from bulk bitumen through to reinstatement products, surface dressings, cementitious products and sundries. The supply & delivery of bulk bitumen products for the repair of roads and pathways for all Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies (defined as ‘Council’ or ‘Councils’ (as appropriate) in accordance with the ‘Scotland Excel General Conditions of Contract’ and ‘Appendix 1 — Scotland Excel Standard Terms of Supply’) who will be permitted to purchase under this proposed Framework Agreement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations. The supply & delivery of reinstatement products for the repair of roads and pathways for all Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies (defined as ‘Council’ or ‘Councils’ (as appropriate) in accordance with the ‘Scotland Excel General Conditions of Contract’ and ‘Appendix 1 — Scotland Excel Standard Terms of Supply’) who will be permitted to purchase under this proposed Framework Agreement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations.
