The Council is investigating its options for a financial management software. Basic requirements of a replacement system are set out below. Procure to Pay — Requisitioning goods and services — Purchase order processing — Goods receipting — Invoice processing — Payments processing — Produce catalogue — Supplier standing data Accounts Receivable — Raising invoice requests — Invoice writer processing — Recurring billing — Receipting — Credit control General Ledger — Chart of accounts/hierarchies — Enquiries — Journal entry — Reporting — Budgeting/collaborative planning — VAT control — Commitment accounting Implementation Data transfer Annual support and maintenance Expressions of interest are invited from suppliers who may be able to provide such software. The Council is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers of financial management software. Expressions of interest should include an overview of the system proposed as well as indicative pricing to include implementation costs (including data transfer), annual licencing and maintenance costs and all other costs associated with managing the software. Expressions of interest should be returned via the email address listed in this Notice by no later than 17:00 on 10.11.2016.
