Tender description

The Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking to appoint a consultant with experience in delivering equal pay audits to undertake a review and report on • The Service’s pay related policies, procedures and practice; • Undertake analysis of pay outcomes, based on base pay and total pay in order to identify any pay gaps between men and women; • Identify any potential equal pay issues; • Provide a detailed report setting out conclusions and recommendations. This is a one-off project which will need to be delivered by the end of December 2016. This procurement is being run electronically via the NFRS eprocurement portal In-Tend.
