Tender description

The overall purpose of this project is to undertake a diagnostic review of the Council’s commissioning priorities, agreed as a result of its recently implemented approach to commissioning for outcomes. The review will support the Council to deliver long term financial sustainability in what is a particularly challenging economic environment with reduced funding, increasing demand and uncertainties over Government policy.
