Prj 1471 – Demolition of Cory Depot and Construction of a New Car Park at Elm Road Car Park, Southend on Sea

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to demolish the Cory Depot and construct a new area of car park at Elm Road Car Park. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest. The quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. Please submit your request to quotation no later than 12 noon on 28th October 2016. We anticipate the quotations will be sent out on 1st November 2016 with a return date of 18th November 2016. If you do not receive the tender documents by the anticipated tender date please contact us. The proposed commencement date of this project is 28th November 2016 and we anticipate a four week programme of works.
