Tender description

RTÉ is now seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a transcode solution that meets the specifications as outline in Appendix 1. This transcode solution will deliver files for RTÉ player, RTÉ Player International, RTE.ie as well as RTÉ player apps on third party platforms.
