HCC 03/16 - Provision of Bus Shelters and Bus Stop Cleaning and Maintenance in Hertfordshire - AWARD

Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council Highways Department has undertaken a procurement process for the provision of Bus Shelters and Bus Stop Cleaning and Maintenance in Hertfordshire. This procurement was divided into 3 Lots:- Lot 1 - The Provision, Maintenance and Cleaning of Advertising and Non-Advertising Shelters at specified sites across the County of Hertfordshire (public concession contract and shall be at nil cost to the Council). Lot 2 - The Provision of Regular Bus Stop Maintenance and Cleaning Services at both Non-Advertising Shelter and Non-Shelter sites across the County of Hertfordshire (public contract). Lot 3 - The Provision, Maintenance and Cleaning of Advertising, Non-Advertising Shelters and Non-Shelter sites across the County of Hertfordshire (a combination of Lots 1 and 2 above). Please note that the Council has only awarded Lot 2; Lot 1 is an Incomplete procedure i.e. the awarding procedure has been discontinued due to no suitable tenders and Lot 3 is an Incomplete procedure i.e. the awarding procedure has been discontinued due to the award of Lot 2 OJEU Contract Notice Number 2016/S 075-132046 OJEU Award Notice Number 2016/S 200-362055 Value: 6 500 000 GBP Excluding VAT
