Tender description

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a contract for the purchase of a Genetics LIMS Database with associated maintenance, training and support as they have been allocated capital funding from the Welsh Government. The objectives of the procurement can be summarised as follows: 1. Procure a future proof LIMS solution to replace all existing management data systems. 2. Procure a system that is ‘good value for money’. 3. Deliver the identified benefits. 4. Implement a fully supported solution within the required time-scales. This lot requires the Bidder to be able to provide the database solution for the front and end of the system. Full details are provided in the tender documents.
