Capital Bid Submission for Mototrways of the Seas funding

Please note this project is a request for quote and will not be visible on the chest.: Merseytravel, on behalf of the Liverpool City Region, wishes to appoint a supplier to prepare a capital bid submission as part of the European Union’s Motorways of the Sea programme. The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is a delivery partner in the ATLANTIS project being funded by the Motorways of the Sea programme. This is a transnational revenue project seeking to establish a new maritime freight route/services between the Atlantic ports of Liverpool, Leixoes (Portugal) and Brest (France). The successful supplier will be required to liaise with relevant public and private bodies to develop a ‘long-list’ of potential capital infrastructure schemes that are suitable for funding, develop and apply an objective framework for assessing and prioritising the identified capital schemes, and preparing the final bid document in line with the designated EU programme timetable.
