Tender description

Accent Housing Group intends through this process to procure cleaning and window cleaning services to cover five regional Lots to serve business units identified as Accent North East, Accent North West, Accent Yorkshire & Humber, Accent East and Accent South. Details of the geographical areas covered by each of the Lots are provided in the information accompanying the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. The required services fall within the industry standard for cleaning and window cleaning services across the social housing sector. Works within each region will be distributed across housing estates and schemes owned and managed by Accent Housing Group.
