Tender description

Islington Council invites suitable expressions of interest from suppliers for Drainage Repairs and Maintenance works including out of hours cover for emergency works in support of the Council's in-house teams. The council is looking to establish a single supplier framework agreement. The aim is to support the in-house teams in providing an efficient and effective service to our residents and ensure the Council's housing drainage systems are maintained in good order of repair. This will include basic repairs, improvements where required and general maintenance. The contractor will be the sole provider for out of hours drainage works (although this is subject to change), so must be able to provide a reliable out of hours service with the ability to attend in a timely manner, clear drain blockages and deal with urgent drainage related matters during these times. The council is looking to establish a single supplier framework agreement.
