Tender description
Leicester City Council as accountable body for the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) invites suitably qualified Suppliers to lead and co-ordinate Leicester Textiles Hub Study. The report will help the partners ascertain what sort of hub, if any, is needed; what the scale and shape of a potential hub should look like; identify potential delivery partners and project lead/s for various elements of the project; and identify potential sources of investment. This is new work and investigates the options and opportunities for the development. It is a follow up piece of work to the Textiles Sector Growth Plan, which was funded by the Skills Funding Agency. The work needs to use and build on the previous study data but generate a possible new initiative. This study is funded by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the consultants in undertaking their services shall fully comply with the requirements of the ERDF funding regime Keywords: Consultancy, Textiles, Textiles Hub Study
