Tender description

DFID is looking to identify a Service Provider (SP), through an open competitive process, to partner with us to implement the MOLA/LLC Component of the MOLA Programme. The expected duration of this work is 49 months, including the Inception Phase, and the budget is 6 500 000 GBP. Currently DFID is the sole donor of the project; however, other donors may join to fund the programme in the future. The objective of the SP is to support, using primarily a technical assistance approach, districts and municipalities to strengthen public land tenure services.
