Tender description

The scope of the Contract is the provision of cyclical painting and decorating and associated prior to paint repairs, at each of the WATMOS Tenant Management Organisations in Walsall and Lambeth. The Contract is divided into 2 Lots: • Lot 1 – Cyclical painting and decorating of multiple Walsall properties • Lot 2 – Cyclical painting and decorating of multiple Lambeth properties General details relating to WATMOS and the individual TMOs can be found on the website www.watmos.org.uk Specific details of the estates and properties can be found in the indicative programme included in the Specification (Appendix 7). WATMOS intends to award separate Contracts to a single operator in each Lot. Bidders may submit bids for one or both Lots. Individual Lots will not be divided further into sub-lots. It is envisaged that the Contract with the successful Bidder(s) shall last for an initial term of 3 years, with an option to extend at WATMOS’s sole discretion for up to 2 additional years, giving a total potential term of 5 years. The Contract shall be in the form of a Framework Agreement (each Lot) that outlines the general conditions applicable, and individual call-off Contracts (each Lot) for each annual painting and decorating programme over the term of the Contract.
