Tender description

This framework is a multi-supplier framework for the provision of project management and ancillary technical services to assist the University in the implementation of its estates work. The University is currently embarking on circa £165m campus capital projects programme which includes a Design Engineering Centre, Learning & Teaching Centre and a Health and Sports Centre as well as a series of smaller developments. In addition to these capital projects, there has been a programme of Stock Condition Works that has involved packages of works forming part of the University's long term maintenance programme. Other projects have involved the relocation, expansion or upgrading of existing facilities such as laboratory upgrades and extensions to existing buildings.
