The sites are located on the outskirts of Daventry town centre with good access routes to the surrounding areas. Access roads are provided to all units for vehicular access, restricted parking is available on the estates Before Tenders are received it is expected that the Contractor will visit the sites to inspect the sites and the confines of the site. Whilst the external site is publically accessible the quoting contractor shall arrange to visit site with the DDC Project Manager, as per contact details in the Pre-construction information. The tendering contractors are responsible for ascertaining all measurements and fully surveying to the site to provide the complete installation.
