Tender description

Following the natural conclusion of City College Plymouth’s Servicing and Maintenance contracts for its Lifts situated across its King’s Road, Goschen Centre and PACE sites, the College is seeking to appoint a provider for the on-going provision of services. Due to the anticipated value of the contracts, which includes the costs for all call-outs, the opportunity will be advertised on the Government Portal “Contracts Finder” to ensure compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The opportunity will be broken into lots. The College will seek to award for one (1) year with the opportunity to extend for 1 + 1 + 1 years to a total of four (4) years.
