BHCC HP DPS For Long Term/Settled Temporary Accommodation

Tender description

The Council intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of Providers, who satisfy the Council’s standards and requirements should they successfully tender, to provide and manage long term/settled temporary accommodation for families and vulnerable individuals to whom the Council has a housing duty. The service required to be delivered by the Providers is described in the Specification (Schedule 2). Following a successful tender bid, Call-Off Contracts may then be executed in relation to a Property as follows: *The Provider will enter into a Lease Agreement with the Council for a term of three (3) years to seven (7) years. *The Provider will enter into a Management Agreement with the Council for the Provider to manage that Property and the Occupiers within it. The initial request to participate deadline for the DPS is 12 November 2016 this is 30 calendar days after the OJEU Contract Notice is sent. No Tender will be undertaken before 24 November 2016 and applications under the DPS can be submitted at anytime during the term of the DPS. Candidates can request to participate at any time whilst the DPS is live. The DPS will have an intial four year term. Candidates should read the documents and clarifications before drafting a request to participate.
