Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) is implementing a new approach to supporting people in their communities; Local Area Coordination. Independent evaluation is required to evidence the benefits and outcomes of this approach, and to make recommendations about furthering local implementation, sustainability and contribution to wider council transformation.
