SUPPLIER MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT FOR METAL AND ASSOCIATED WORKS (MTC) REF CLC5085 PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT ADVERT. THIS IS AN INVITATION TO ATTEND A SUPPLIER MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT FOR THE METAL AND ASSOCIATED WORKS CONTRACT The purpose of this procurement is to provide LBTH with a contract for the provision of a wide range of metal works and associated repairs and maintenance services. This contract is for the supply and installation of all aspects of metal and associated works for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets with sites throughout the portfolio of London borough of tower hamlets. The Metal work and general repairs contract is for a single supplier to support: • Maintenance / repair function (which will be determined entirely on a Schedule of Rates) as required by the Council • 24hr responsive service. The Purpose of this event is to inform the market of the Council's intent to tender for the Metal and Associated works contract. Date of event: Thursday 10th November 2016 Interested suppliers should register their interest in attending the event by filling in the online questionnaire. Time: 2pm – 4pm Venue: Victoria Park Hub Building Entrance via: St Marks Gate, Cadogan Terrace E8 5HT (see attached location map).
