We wish to engage with specialist attraction operators to operate and develop Pickie Funpark, Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland. We are seeking views on how we can optimise the tourism and development potential of the park and its facilities with the ultimate objective of entering into a new arrangement with a specialist attraction operator/developer probably underpinned by a lease of the site from March 2017.
