Tender description
The objective of this Framework Agreement is to provide high-quality technical input/support to ensure that best practice quality standards are coherently applied across all stages of the project/programme cycle. This consultancy framework will encompass a range of specific skills (Section 3: Selection Criteria for Admission to the Framework) to support the appraisal, approval, financial review, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes of work, as well as internal processes supporting the effective management of the Unit's funding to NGOs.
