Tender description
Cherwell District Council is looking for an experienced operator to deliver weekly retail markets and an exciting programme of specialist monthly markets throughout North Oxfordshire. The Council is inviting expressions of interest from established operators with experience of delivering successful markets and events. The new licence to operate the Council’s markets in Banbury, Bicester and Kidlington will start on 1st April 2017.
