The scope of the framework agreement is for Engineering Consultancy Services at Dublin Port Estate and other lands including but not limited to the following: — Civil; — Marine; — Structural; — Mechanical; — Electrical; — Environmental; — Planning; — Traffic / Transport; — Architectural Services; — Archaeology; — Landscape; — Conservation; — PSDP; — Fire safety Consultant; — Building Control Amendment Regulations — BCAR; — Design Certifier; — Assigned Certifier; — Disabled Access Certificate — DAC; — Project Management; — Cost Management; — Building Surveying / Due Diligence; — Provision of Site Supervision / Presence of Resident Engineer; — Traffic Engineering / Surveys. The framework agreement will be established on foot of an Initial Contract for the design of works to upgrade and expand Dublin Port's internal road network for motorised vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians.
