As part of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2014-2020 programme Transport Scotland is now seeking to appoint an organisation to design, develop and deliver a Low carbon Travel and Transport Challenge Fund which aims to facilitate the delivery of active and low carbon travel hubs.
