Tender description

The Home Office Centre for Applied Science and Technology (CAST) are looking to invite offers for a Microfluidics Support Plan Contract at their Sandridge site. The Support Plan Contract will be for a 4 year term and include free replacement of faulty parts, CAST to return the units to the supplier for repair, free telephone support during office hours, free software bug fixes and free access to the supplier support website, i.e. FAQ's, enhancement requests, etc. The Support Plan must also include, call out charges if CAST require any adhoc onsite repairs.
