Tender description

The Council have been required to transform youth provision, to identify new and innovative solutions in order to maintain services within a reduced budget. The cornerstone is to create a cross sector partnership independent of the Council to secure and promote a comprehensive, evidenced based youth offer. This RFQ requires the service to provide the following service deliverable: 1. A series of development sessions for Board members-minimum number 4 2. An operational agreement 3. An investors agreement 4. A membership options appraisal 5. An implementation/first year business plan 6. A series of consultation events ? minimum 12 sessions 7. An overview report detailing process leading to final products and overall recommendations/next steps.
