Tender description
The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a suitably qualified provider(s) to provide a city-wide employability service which offers support to Edinburgh job seeking residents to assist them with moving into sustainable employment. To support unemployed people with a service that is tailored to their individual needs and to build skills capacity. The Scottish Government produced the Strategic Skills Pipeline model as part of the European Social Fund (ESF) Priority 5 programme.
