Construction of Extra Care Apartments, General Needs Houses and Flats at Alcester Road, Stratford upon Avon Orbit Homes was established in 2009 as the development and sales division of the 39,000-home Orbit Group. We specialise in building high-quality new homes across the Midlands, East, and South East. Rated as the fourth largest housing association developer in 2014-15, Orbit Homes creates more than 1,500 homes per year as it strives to achieve its ambitious target of building 12,000 new homes by 2020. We build a range of homes to meet need and aspiration, and are proud to offer our customers a flexible housing journey through different tenures, from affordable and private rent, to shared ownership, market sale and independent living.
