Tender description

The College has a requirement, detailed in the Specification Document, for the provision of a Cyber Forensic solution that includes: — Hardware — including installation and configuration; — Software — including the provision of datasets; — Training; — Support and maintenance. The College anticipates that the initial purchase of the hardware and software will cost approximately 48 000 GBP exclusive of VAT. Support and maintenance will commence with effect from the date of installation and configuration and may be extended in line with the uptake of any optional extension periods. Following this, additional services as outlined in the Mandatory Requirements within the Specification Document may be required including support and maintenance, software, hardware, training and module development to accommodate possible roll out across the College. Charges in respect of additional services will be in line with the current Terms and Conditions of contract and agreed Pricing Schedule and will only be increased using the price indexation after the initial contract period.
