Tender description

Hackney & City Health Visiting Services is subject to procurement. The current service is currently held with NHS England and the responsibility for this has transferred to the Public Health team. The service shall deliver a universal provision to all children between the ages of 0-5 and their families. This includes health visitors working with families and communities to improve access, experience, outcomes and reduce health inequalities. The early years are a crucial stage of life, and the service will provide an invaluable opportunity to identify families who are in need of additional support and children who are at risk of poor outcomes.
