The Council invites expressions of interest to tender for the demolition of the East Wing Building, Bustard Club Building and Chapmans Building. The Bustard Club is required to be demolished as a first phase and this area is to be fully reinstated and handed over before moving onto the East Wing Building and finally the Chapmans Building.
