Consultant for Tennant Management Organisation (TMO) review

Tender description

The Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant, who can complete a review of our existing Tenant Management Organisations (TMO’s) and their existing Management Agreements. This will include all housing management functions and their performance and governance arrangements. You will work with the Council and each of the TMO Boards to set out a realistic way forward for the on-going improvement of the housing management services and monitoring of the governance arrangements and services to tenants.
