Andium Homes (Jersey) Control and Prevention of Legionella Inspections

Andium Homes wishes to enter into a Service Level Agreement with a suitable Consultant for the fulfilment of its inspections obligations as a landlord under the current Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) for Legionnaires’ disease. The control of legionella bacteria in water systems. Approved Code of Practice and Guidance L8 (Fourth Edition), including any such revisions of amendments made to the ACOP during the course of this Service Level Agreement. The Service Level Agreement shall be for an approximate period of 5 years, from date of award to 31st December 2020. However, this shall be subject to an annual performance review by Andium Homes, where non-performance by the Contractor will result in this agreement being terminated early. All Consultants bidding for this work must have filled in the enclosed Andium Homes PQQ previously to tender for the work. Andium Homes is looking for a local consultant or a consultant that has affiliations with others based on the island to have the capability to visit sites as required within a day notice.
