Tender description

Norfolk County Council wishes to procure a Multi Provider Light Touch Regime Framework of external training providers to deliver quality apprenticeships across a variety of occupational areas throughout Norfolk. In response to the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy, Norfolk County Council is reviewing how we use apprenticeships to deliver training to staff across the authority. We see this as an opportunity to — Focus on up skilling current staff and converting roles to apprenticeships where possible — Consider specifically higher and degree level apprenticeships to increase our skill base — Seek apprenticeship opportunities that best fit with current training provision We are procuring the provision of current apprenticeship standards and frameworks. As new standards are developed, and frameworks close, we would expect Providers to be adaptable and flexible to support this. We will contact providers to identify their capacity and interest in delivering new standards as well as opening this opportunity to the market.
