Tender description
Maintenance of the current NICE recording system. The system is 3 years old and covers the main force control room, fall back room and a limited number of Cisco telephones, as well as the bulk recording of Airwave transmissions. The system is 3 years old and covers the main force control room, fall back room and a limited number of Cisco telephones, as well as the bulk recording of Airwave transmissions. NWP are proposing to continue maintenance of the current NICE recording system. The system is 3 years old and covers the main force control room, fall back room and a limited number of Cisco telephones, as well as the bulk recording of Airwave transmissions. Secondly we are proposing to upgrade the current recording system during the next 12 months, to move to SIP recording of calls and transmissions and interfacing with the Frequentis LifeX ICCS while retaining the analogue recording of airwave bulk transmissions. The upgrade will include the requirements of future ESN recording.
