Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to establish a framework on behalf of its Members for the provision of services related to; Security of vacant properties by means of installation, maintenance and monitoring to prevent unauthorised access and to reduce the risk of vandalism, squatting and theft. The framework will provide nationwide coverage and the scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: —Steel Security Door Screens —Fixed security window screens —Alarm systems —Net curtains —Out of hours call out vacant properties —Manned guarding of sheltered properties — Property Guardians —Any additional elements associated with the works listed above.
